Sales Associate Pre-Licensing $389

This course provides the required 63 hour credit necessary to become a professionally licensed real estate sales associate, and meets the prerequisite requirement to take the State of Florida Real Estate Exam. This course combines classroom lessons with activities to help reinforce the course curriculum and exams that measure student understanding of the material. Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law is the most comprehensive pre-licensing course in the state of Florida. This course provides students with the latest developments in Florida’s real estate law and practices.

Sales Associate Post Licensing $149

This 45-hour Sales Associate Post Licensing requirement course has been completely updated to meet changing market needs, as well as changes in Florida law. The course includes your textbook, Post-Licensing Education for Florida Real Estate Sales Associates. There is an expanded discussion on financing, fair housing laws, and social media. It also provides a step-by-step guide to conducting business in the real estate industry for new Florida licensees.

State Exam Weekend Prep Course $189

This weekend course combines classroom review lessons with instruction to help increase retention of all course curriculum and practice exams that help measure an applicant’s understanding of the required material. This course is not required but highly suggested for any student looking to pass the state exam. It is suggested that you take this course as close to your scheduled state exam test date as possible.

Classroom Policies

Dress is business casual. Jeans are fine; but remember you are preparing for a career – no tank tops, short shorts, or any non-business type apparel is allowed. Please remember this is a professional learning environment.
Cell phones are allowed as long as they are in silent mode. We don’t allow tablets, laptops, cpu’s, or recording devices of any kind.
Outside food and non-alcohol drinks are allowed. We have a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience as well. Please always remember to respect others and clean up after yourself.

I took my Real Estate pre-licensing course from January 12 to January 22 with Don Adams, and it was an amazing experience.

He explains every concept and term clearly and makes the material easy to understand, especially by using his real-world experience from selling over 1,000 homes. That practical insight made a huge difference.

Don is always positive, professional, and engaging he comes in every day with a big smile, great energy, and some genuinely funny and memorable stories that keep the class interesting. His hair is always perfect (seriously, never out of place), and somehow he also seems to be right about everything whether it’s real estate or random life topics. It’s like Google, but with better stories.

You can also tell he truly cares about his students not just about teaching, but about making sure we pass and succeed in the future. I learned a tremendous amount from this course.
