Step-By-Step

Obtaining a Florida Real Estate License is far easier than most would think. A Real Estate Career is a Fabulous Financial Opportunity. Be your own Boss! Work when you want as much as you want. Here’s how to get started.

Step 1: Enroll in Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course

Once you have chosen the class you want to take you need to enroll and reserve a seat. You can enroll online or by calling the school. Classes do fill up so reserve your seat early. A $49 deposit guarantees your seat with the balance of $300 due the first day of class.

Step 2: Complete Course

Once you have completed the course the review for the end-of-course exam begins. Everything you need to know for the class exam will be covered in the review sessions. Your Instructor will take you through every chapter going over the material for your class exam.

Step 3: Complete End of Course Exam

Exam day is given on the last day of class. There is a 100 question, multiple choice exam. This exam is timed that you have three hours to complete. A passing score of 70% qualifies you to sit for the state exam.

If by chance you do not achieve at least a 70% don’t sweat it. The Florida Real Estate Commission requires you wait at least 30 days before retaking the end of course exam, which gives you plenty of time to brush up on the course material.

Step 4: Apply For and Pass The State Exam

Once you have successfully completed the course, you are now eligible to sit for the state exam. There is a 100 question, multiple choice State Exam. You have three and a half hours to complete the exam. A passing score of 75% will get you your Florida Real Estate License!

I do not regret my choice of taking my day time sales associates pre-licensing course and... post-licensing course at Premier Real Estate School of Tampa. Ms. Crystal has great knowledge on the matter and she is an awesome instructor. Her way of teaching by breaking down each subject and explaining, really helps to get an understanding of the class. Also, I love the environment and participation of the classmates. I will recommend this school to anyone who asks.read more
