I went for a weekend test cram class session. Instructor crystal was very pleasant sweet lady very accommodating and is open to asked questions through out the class session . A book is given to you (the real estate exam manual from sales associates and brokers) this class is good for people looking to get an understanding of the information the state exam is based on. I was someone that took the online 63hr pre license course online and needed this for the information I didn’t understand or was lacking. Thanks crystal I have a lot better feeling about this test now.
