I just passed the pre-license course exam and took the weekend prep class for the state exam at... Premier Real Estate of Tampa! The environment and atmosphere made me feel like I was at home. They provided us with snacks, candy and drinks for every class. Crystal is one of the best instructors I ever had. She is very supportive, informative, knowledgeable, sweet and truly helps you understand all the material/prepares you to do well in the course. I couldn’t be happier with the experience that I had with premier real estate, and with my... instructor Mrs. Crystal Her teaching method It’s the easiest fastest way to be able to learn so much in such little time. I believe class was twice a week for 6 weeks if am not mistaken Also, some thing I didn’t know and it’s actually very kind and sweet of them to do is they offer drinks and snacks perfect for when you need a pick me up you can definitely get some caffeine especially Being the night classes they have both night and day and they have short classes or the longer ones twice a week and those are the ones that work best with my schedule. I just finished I just Took my class exam today. And I PASSED I was so happy and I owe it all to Mrs. Crystal and the way that she teaches. She didn’t overwhelm me with information. She sticks to what you need to know and what you need to study for your test. I am also going to be taking the weekend state exam prep class with her this weekend, that is going to be more for the state test so I have some type of idea what to actually study for the state exam since I had such a great experience in the course and her teaching method I decided that this is the best thing for me in order to learn and get a little bit more help and assistance for the state test I’ll update on how it went in our weekend state exam prep course here is my update. if you took the class, you can pretty much expect the same method of teaching. you get to review what you already learned from your course as well as additional information that wasn’t there that has to pertain more to the state exam after each section there are practice questions more oriented towards the test as well and also Our book contained two 100 questions practice test that you can take and practice on and see how you do before actually taking your state test which is definitely a plus. Not only practicing the questions but actually timing yourself to make sure that you answer diligently and see how long you should stay in each question is definitely a great thing. I feel more comfortable and more prepared to be honest because it’s not easy trying to memorize a 400 or 600 page book with everything I definitely felt overwhelmed before taking these two classes with Miss Crystal I will recommend them anytime any day Good luck to that wants to go through this journey and have them be part of it.read more
