Out of all the schools to choose from, I definitely made the right choice coming here. I’m so grateful to have been in Don Adam’s class! He is extremely personable with everyone and knows how to make the class feel less dreadful with the amounts of information we take in everyday. His teaching style is very unique, correlating real life stories that help us understand the material better. There was never a day that he wasn’t high energy or felt like he didn’t want to be there. Don Adams was an amazing instructor! His extensive knowledge and real-world experience in real estate really stood out. I took my Real Estate pre-licensing course from January 12 to January 22 with Don Adams, and it was an amazing experience.

He explains every concept and term clearly and makes the material easy to understand, especially by using his real-world experience from selling over 1,000 homes. That practical insight made a huge difference.

Don is always positive, professional, and engaging he comes in every day with a big smile, great energy, and some genuinely funny and memorable stories that keep the class interesting. His hair is always perfect (seriously, never out of place), and somehow he also seems to be right about everything whether it’s real estate or random life topics. It’s like Google, but with better stories.

You can also tell he truly cares about his students not just about teaching, but about making sure we pass and succeed in the future. I learned a tremendous amount from this course.

I highly recommend this class to anyone seeking a future in real estate.
